Features & Benefits
Defers printing
When not connected to a printer, On The Road allows you to print anyway and then forget about it until you connect your PowerBook to a printer. Then, On The Road prints your deferred documents automatically.
Reassign deferred documents between similar printers at different locations
Print jobs can be assigned to any available printer, of the same type, not just the printer you originally choose for printing. When moving a PowerBook around a large corporate site, you can easily reassign deferred documents to the nearest printer.
Defers faxing
When not connected to a phone line, On The Road allows you to send your fax and then forget about it until a phone line is connected to the PowerBook's internal modem. Then On The Road sends all your deferred faxes.
Deferred faxes are imaged when deferred
Faxing a document can take a long time to create the image to send over the phone. Now you can do it on the plane and then send it quickly on a lay over between flights.
